Ordering from Yukostyle is simple and safe.
You can place an order by secure online-shop,by sending fax of ordering form, or by telephone 020 8866 3631 Please ensure you read terms and conditions before you order.

If you are ordering from a non EU country to a non EU delivery address, we do not process credit card payment on line. Please contact us postage quote. Your payment will be then processed by fax or telephone.
Online ordering
Just enter the quantity of an item you wish to purchase and click the 'Add to basket' button. At any point during your shopping, you can amend quantities or cancel items on the 'Your Shopping Basket' page.
To complete you order, click the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. Please ensure all details are correctly input. Once you have entered your billing address, delivery address (if different), and contact details, click 'Submit'. You will be then asked to choose your preferred payment method - secure on-line payment, telephone or fax.
Once you have completed an order we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail detailing your order.
Payment
By Card:
If you choose to pay on-line by credit card, you will then be directed to our secure credit card processing partner ProTX to enter payment details. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. All transactions are in GB pounds sterling (£). Your order will be processed in complete safety on the secure server. For more information on Security.
By Telephone/Fax:

All prices are displayed in UK pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5% where applicable.

Currently payment for orders from outside of UK is not accepted on our on-line shop, but processed via fax or telephone. Please note that Elvey Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any import duties or other taxes levied by authorities in the destination country.
Despatch
Stock permitting, every effort is made to ensure that your order is despatched within 2 working days of order paid by card or clearance of cheque. Delivery in the mainland UK usually takes 3-7 days and up to 14 days for the rest of the world after despatch. If your ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and will despatch your order as soon as possible.
Delivery
Certain parcels may require a signature on delivery. If you will not be at your home during normal office hours, you may wish to give us an alternative delivery address, such as a work address or your neighbour's. Please ensure we have the full address including postal code (PO Box is not acceptable for delivery) and a contact telephone number.
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt of goods. The goods should be promptly sent back to us including a copy of the original receipt. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage.
Returns & Exchanges
We do hope you will be delighted with your purchases. If you are not happy with your purchases for any reason, please return the goods, unused and in their original packaging together with the return form supplied with the delivery (or e-mail us for a new return form), within 15 working days from receipt of the goods to our mailing address above for a refund or an exchange. Please note that, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any opened or used product. Return postage for goods returned for any reason other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged goods shall be solely at your cost.
Once we receive the goods in their original condition, payments made by you for your purchase will be refunded in full within 30 working days or replacement goods will be dispatched with no further costs for you.
